The TATA Mumbai Marthon 2023 took place after a two-year pandemic-forced break. Apart from the runners the highlight of this event was participation of group Vaastav foundation. These people had dressed up like Johnny and wore his face mask. They were singing a version of popular rhyme that goes like this.
This was an attempt to highlight the rampant abuse of misandric laws prevalent in India. It has assumed such a large scale that media houses and lawyers are just ready to grab any opportunity to malign men and take extortion money.
To understand why Vaastav foundation, choose to take inspiration from Johnny I will give you some background. In December 2018 op-ed the Washington Post published defamatory article about Depp alleging him to be abusive towards wife Amber heard. It was reference to Heard’s claim of abuse by Johnny Depp.
Johnny faced social neglect and loss of employment opportunities due to these claims, like it happens in most of the harassment claims against men. The words of the lady are believed by everyone without a doubt. Generally, the men trapped in such fake cases and claims become depressed, isolate themselves and they even commit suicide without challenging the defamatory propaganda against them. But such acts do not elicit any positive change in the criminals using the biased provisions of the law, but it further emboldens them to trap new victims in fake cases. Maybe same outcome was expected by the abusers of Johnny Depp but Johnny turned out to be a fighter against #FakeCases and strongly pursued the defamation case against his abusers. In their verdict, the jury found that all three statements from Heard’s op-ed were false, defamed Depp, and made with actual malice, so the jury awarded Depp $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages from Heard.
Depp reacted to the result of the trial by declaring that the “jury gave me my life back. I am truly humbled.” Depp also stated that he was “overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and the colossal support and kindness from around the world.” He continued: “I hope that my quest to have the truth be told will have helped others, men or women, who have found themselves in my situation, and that those supporting them never give up.”
The above attitude has really inspired millions of people trapped in fake cases to fight back to regain their reputation and get justice.
Do not marry, pay for dates or support those people that hate you.
Tell politicians no support or votes.
Earn money, live cheaply, don’t fuel consumption culture.
Don’t buy from companies that discriminate against you because of your birth role.
Let them that work against you lose money. They hate you and you haven’t done anything against them.
